EXCLUSIVE SLH PROPERTY! This unique apartment has just been completely renovated, keeping the high ceilings and wooden beams of its past. A great combination of both modern and romantic touches, with comfortable and spacious living areas, this apartment is great for a romantic getaway or a family stay.

The apartment consists of two spacious double bedrooms, both with a queen size bed. There is an extra bedroom next to the living room area, equipped with two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, one of them en suite to the master bedroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a small bath and the additional bathroom with a roomy shower cabin.

The living room area is full of light and has plenty of space, with two comfortable sofas, and a large dining table which can seat up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has an additional breakfast table. Please note this is a first floor without a lift.

The Puerto Chico area is perfect for a city scape with plenty of cafés, tapas bars and trendy restaurants. The bus stops, a few steps away from the apartment, take you to many of Santander´s long, sandy beaches, or you can catch the typical “pedreñera” ferries to El Puntal, the sand strip situated in the middle of the bay, a favourite with the locals.
